Supporta il Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) su una vasta gamma di lunghezze donda (1260-1625 nm), migliorando lisolamento dei canali e garantendo una trasmissione del segnale ottimale su lunghe distanze. Grazie alla sua retrocompatibilità con le reti OS1, questo cavo assicura una connessione affidabile anche negli ambienti in fibra tradizionali.
Prestazioni Ottimali e Materiali di Qualità
Le terminazioni in ceramica realizzate con precisione assicurano un perfetto allineamento della fibra, mantenendo la perdita di inserzione al di sotto di 0,3dB. Le estremità della fibra LC-SC lucidate a Ultra Physical Contact (UPC) migliorano significativamente le caratteristiche di perdita di ritorno rispetto alle tecniche di lucidatura PC meno recenti. Il nucleo della fibra Bend Insensitive, circondato da uno strato di materiale a basso indice di rifrazione, riduce la dispersione della luce, riflettendola allinterno della fibra. Questo cavo è progettato per una bassa attenuazione e prestazioni superiori agli standard industriali ITU-T G652.D/G657.A1 e IEC60703-2-50 tipo B1.3/B6.a1.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
